At Glowellebeauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (including downloadable guides)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products that have been damaged by the customer


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you received a defective product, please contact us at contact@glowellebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
